As founder and CEO of Fire & Flavor, Gena currently is in charge of recipe development, creative and product development. Gena is the author of her first cookbook, Gourmet Made Simple, published in May 2008, which shares her true passion for food and helps take the challenge out of gourmet cooking for home chefs. Her new cookbook, Southern My Way will be out in October 2010.
